TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of products by the Seller to the Buyer. By placing an order or purchasing any product, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms.

All products sold are described based on available manufacturer specifications. The Seller does not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or specifications are completely error-free but will make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy.

All prices are quoted in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of VAT unless specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Full payment must be made before delivery or collection of goods unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order where payment is not completed.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. The Seller shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances. Risk in the goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery or collection.

The Buyer is required to inspect the goods at the time of delivery or collection. Any visible damage, defects, or discrepancies must be reported immediately. Claims made after acceptance may not be honored.

Products are covered under manufacturer warranty where applicable. Warranty terms vary by product and are subject to the manufacturer’s policies. The Seller is not responsible for warranty claims beyond facilitating communication with the manufacturer or supplier.

Goods sold are not refundable once sold and delivered, except in cases of verified defects covered under warranty. Returns, where accepted, must be in original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.

The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. The Seller’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Products sold without an operating system or software are the responsibility of the Buyer to install and configure. The Seller does not guarantee compatibility with third-party software unless explicitly stated.

Ownership of the goods remains with the Seller until full payment has been received.

The Seller shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

The Seller reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
